Read Tour4.com case study on page 165 of the black books. Tour4.com offer a service (as opposed to a 'good') and therefore good customer service is extremely important for them. Describe two ways in which Tours4 offers a good service to its customers.

  2. they are wiling to adapt to their customers demands, pay a fare price for the work they do and give their customers some free dom to do what they want.

    they made the pricing fair by doing lots of market research which gave them information about other tours.

    Free will - where the customers get to decide where they go, what they do and for how long they want.
