  1. i:SportsStars provide a coaching service for children in schools.
ii: it occured because a new law was introduced and headteachers had to fill in teaching spaces.
as well as this James realised that there was lots of obese and inactive children

  2. They teach them sports and how to be active. Gap in the market occured for this service because teachers were allowed to have 10% away from their classroom to plan the lessons and mark books so in this 10% they would be able to teach sports.

  3. they provide equipment and coaches.
headteacher provides cover for absent teachers.
the gap in the market occured because no other business can provide training and equipment to many schools and worldwide.

  4. i) Sports Coaching
ii) Because the law says that teachers should take up to 15% away from teaching for marking and planning of lessons which means that a business could step in for that 15% to teach the children gaining them money for the service.

  7. 1 because the new law allowed teachers 10 percent of their working time to plan lessons and mark etc.
james took advantage of this, knowing that schools would have to employ temporary teachers, offering the same service at a cheaper rate obviously gets you employed.
offering better sports activites which also helped the nationwide project of healthy schools...

2 as child obesity was on the rise, coaches were becoming more and more wanted/needed as it helps motivate and teach younger children.

  10. HELLO XXXXXXX,

SportStars provides a service, this service is sport and exercise for primary school children.

This gap in the market occurred because at schools teachers had free time where they weren't teaching so then SportStars could take the children and do sport with them.
