I would like to work in a business like that because it seems to be relaxed and and fun to work, you get rewarded for work, and you get a lot of good benfits, you can bring your ideas forward to suggest how to do things etc, and most of all you could enjoy your work which could be good for the business as you want to work and even work harder, you also get a very good wage for your work.

  2. I do like the idea because if i am in a lesson that i dont enjoy and doesnt interest me, i would go off in day dreams and most likely not bother with the work but with a enjoyable lesson (like mr clarkes business lessons) i get involved a lot as i am having lots of fun.

  3. I would enjoy working for a company with that approach to people management as it would take a lot of the stress out of working for the company, you would enjoy coming to work, this might also benefit the business as well as work might be of a higher standard as the employees would be more motivated to produce a higher quality of work

I do like the idea because if im in a lesson that is boring (English, Science, RE) i think it would be better if it was more fun and we were able to have a lugh with peers. I think this would be the same at work, if the job was boring not having a dress code and having a laugh with other employees would make the job easier.
    THANKS

  5. I think the idea of rewarding your employees with non-monetary rewards, and making their job more enjoyable is a good one on paper, but in practice it may spark debate, many employees would rather have higher wages than exra rewards, and this may mean that peoplr that work there could quit, stage a protest, or even go on strike. These consequences would be very bad for the company's reputation.

  8. The motivation must be nice for the workers but I don't think there is enough sufficient information to tell if the staff work well enough and if they're not too comfortable at work.
Its good that the staff have the capability to talk and they even get a bonus for giving decent ideas! The Open door policy is quite impressive as he must be quite busy, they get a lot of perks for working with the business. They are all very likely to get promoted.
I like the idea, but i think its a very risky one to start and is very important to what kind of business you are trying to run.

  10. I really like and support the approach to people management that the company has because it makes the employees feel happier to work there and as a result will enjoy their job and will most likely work much harder because they want to do their best for the business. Employees are encouraged to support and give ideas for the business allowing them to have a direct impact on the way the company operates.

  12. I think that working for a company with the approach to people is a very good thing because it makes the customers feel comfortable when shopping there. When the staff are happy and joyful, that means there is more likely to have a happier atmosphere at work, also employees would look forward to going to work which means more work would be done. AlsoI would like to work for him as he doesn't take any negatives from his staff, and will drop them if they aren't loyal to him.

i would like to work in a business like that because her main aim for her business is the enjoyment of the employees and you dont have to lounge around in uniform your are given the option to wear normal clothes and thsuggestion scheeme seems to be effective because it is giving the employees a reason to say there opinion by giving a small reward for each individual idea also the open door policy is a good idea because then they are aloud to speak to the boss at any time of day if you have any problem
