  8. The main factors of locating can be the price of the land, putting the company at a area where you know you will get bussienss such as busy roads and town centres. Also the space of the can help business such as creating a big market in a town centre.

  12. The main factors that affect where businesses locate are:
    - Whether there will be a market for the product or service
    - Whether there will be workers with the right skills in the area
    - How much it will cost to locate there, e.g. rent
    - Whether there is a suitable infrastructure, e.g. railway stations/raods so that customers and suppliers can get to the company.

    good positioning like between towns
    off a busy motorway for motorists
    on an already built trading estate, easier and more consumers.
