The big question: Explain two reasons why it is important for a business to set objectives

  4. So that they can set themselves business targets to forfill within a certified time, to maximize production efficiency. Also if they do not meet these objectives by the time they had hoped for, they know there are areas for improvement

    1) to know were you want your bussiness to go.
    2) so you can work harder to get to your objective.

  13. Reason One: Everyone knows what to aim towards and not use time/resources on the unwanted extras.
    Reason Two: Motivate your workers. If they're motivated, and in a good enviornment, they'll work better meaning a better business/franchise.
