11A Big Question
Delayering is the process of making an organisation's management structure flatter i.e. getting rid of layers of management. Expalin one good point and one bad point of a business delayering.
the good point is that delayering will decrease the chain of command which will lead to more control and less confusion and delayering will result in laying off staff which will create even more un-employment.
A good point of a business delayering is that passing down instructions in much easier.
A bad pointn of a business delayering is that one perosn would have a wide span of control as there is a lot of people, this could cause the person that is the manager of a lot of people to be under a lot of stress. Ian Burden
