because it isn close to the road so people can come in and get petrol also its near farnham and aldershot so its easy for people to come and shop their because its closer then any other supermarket.
Its one of the only big supermarkets in the local area so it dominates the competion of the smaller supermarkts and offlicences and it has a big space needed for car park and the store also its near the dual carriage way so it can devlierys easily and also it can be seen from far distance and loads of customers drive past it and can see it so theres alot of customers coming in there cars and there needs to be space
Its located just off the Hogs Back which is a major road to Guildford, its also in the outskirts of Farnham away from the other sainsburys in farnham town center. So it is away from competition but in a place where it is easily visible by many road users. It also has a petrol station.

i think that the superstore is located on waterlane because the roundabout next to it is the largest habitable roundabout in europe and also it is next to the builders merchants and other merchants so people that need something to eat they can easily go there it is also located where it is because it is next to the bypass (duel carriage way)which many people use so they could easily see it from the road

Farnham has a good infrastructure, it has good transpot links: roads and railway.It is a large plot for a big store and car park.

There are built up areas and schools nearby for a good customer base. There are also potntial employees around.
