  6. the things that stan has done which are illegal is not adapting the pub to disables peoples needs due to the expence, also stan has paid a full time worker than two part time workers for the same job just so he can keep the worker, also he doesn't let pregnant people work at his restaurant and they would have to leave, furthermore, he's going to make a 65 year old to retire on his birthday and get a younger employee to work. also stan lowered the employees wages for no apparent reason, these four things should not happen in a working environment.

  9. 1 - stan is paying part time workers less then he is paying the full time workers in hourly wages.
2 - Stan was asking the old man to retire on his 65th birthday just because he is old, he amted to replace him with someone younger.
3 - He specifically paid one full time worker more then another just because he was good at his job and didnt want to lose him.
4 - He mentioned that it would be too expensive for him to insert a ramp for the disabled people and he said that there was no disabled workers in the pub anyway. Connor & Hadi

  11. 1.Who had been off ill all week with a bad cold was almost 65 years old. Stan explained thathis birthday would be a good time for him to retire and get someone new and younger to join the business.

2.The two part-time waitresses are on minimum wage and the waiter who is full time was on more than one pound more than the waitresses.

3.Did not bother to get equipment to help disabled people because no disabled people worked there.

4.Karen thought better about pregnant women as they shouldn’t really come back after having their child.
