it is by a frequently used road which attracts people on the way back from their trip. as well as this it is a decent distance from the store in the centre of town meaning it is closest to people in bagshot lea and aldershot but is in farnham so it attracts people who want a wider range of products.it is also more reliable to have the item you want in.It has also bigger carpark due to the fact the area it was built in wasnt being used.it is also near housing for the staff and they can employ locally with Farnham Aldershot and Bagshot near by. it is also close to numerous business' and schools meaning that when it is lunch or the end of the working day people cna buy their food.

BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER SUPERSTORE IN THAT AREA SO THEY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS BECAUSE LOCAL PEOPLE WILL GO THERE INSTEAD OF GOING INTO ALDERSHOT FOR THEIR SHOPPING AND BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF SPACE WHICH CAN ALLOW THEM TO BUILD A LARGE CAR PARK AND DELIVERY AREA AS WELL AS THE STORE, ALSO BECAUSE JAMIE OLIVER SAYS THEY DO NICE FOOD FOR CHEAP SO PEOPLE WILL GO THERE.

1. The place is probably much more populated than the superstore was before 2. it will be the only superstore in that area for a couple of miles. 3. It is visible from far away 4. there is a petrol station there so when people go to fill up their cars they might want to go look in the shop 5.The road is used by many people so they will get attracted and go in.
