HP are at decline of the product lifestyle. This is because the interest in PC's are declining due to new technology such as Apple introducing the iPad. I think they have a made a good decision because the PC market is becoming smaller and people are losing interest as it's declining as a result they are lessing them and moving to the tablet market which has alot of growth as it's a new market. If HP could invest into it, they could establish themselves.
I Think that HP thinks PCs are at decline stage of the prodcut lifecycle because more people are buying the tablet and the sale rate for the PCs are decreasing. I think this is a good decision because it will mean that new and better things will be made.
They are declining as people would rather buy a tablet as it is faster and can access the internet from anywhere apple saw the end of the desktops coming and invented the iPad.
It is at the decline stage of the product lifecycle. I think that they have made a good decision to sell as there products are in decline and starting to make a loss. They are getting rid of the business before they lose too much money.
they have noticed that the tablet and smartphone market is increasing and with the new releases of macbooks they are struggling to sell PC's. They have realised that PC's are in decline as they cannot keep up with the new technologie of apple & android software. I think that they have made a bad decision because some people do not understand how to use new technologies like tablets and people may find that computers are easier to use as they have been round for longer so i think they have made a mistake when they sold their PC brands
decline, no because pc are still used quite alot in offices and thereforer will still be being used. i beliebve that the market for pc's are mature because tablets, android & smart phones
they are declining because people rather buy a tablet as it much better because easy access and faster,so this is making the pc decreasing in the amonunt of people buying them.
HP think that PCs are at the stage of decline in the product life cycle. They have made a bad move because the world of technology and PCs is still growing so instead they can bring out a new up to date product that people will like and that will bring them profit.
They are at the decline stage of the product cycle. It is a good decision to sell their product as there products are in decline and the public would rather buy an ipad.
HP PC's are at the decline stage because of their idea to get rid of the current products. This is also a great idea because more people these days would buy tablets etc; which could make more money for HP!
Hp believe that Pcs are in the decline stage of the product lifecycle. Because of mobile computing things like laptops and Pcs are in less of a demand. Now, things like tablets and IPads offer more than Pcs. Many also come with the Android Market where you can get lots of apps all in one place. I believe that this was a good decision because if people are losing intrest in that sector of technology, they should not waste their money on the development of it.
